Tzatziki is another popular dip that you require when you are enjoying a Greek meal.

It goes well with some fresh bread or combined with fried courgettes, aubergines or even with some grilled meat like Bifteki, or stuffed pork roll.

You will need

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (I used Total 10%)
1 cup minced cucumber
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, vinigar, and garlic,. Stir until well combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper. If you have time, chill before serving.
